How BTR Works
How the Service Works
1. BTR operators enrol their property via our online digital platform and receive a unique PIN (property identification number)
2. Operator selects service option: eLaundry smart Lockers, Reception service, Residents room service
3. Resident is allocated a unique PIN number enabling them to sign up to the service using the eLaundry BTR app, or website
4. Resident receives eLaundry-BTR welcome pack with branded recyclable laundry bags, suit carriers etc
5. Resident can then place online orders specifying collection and delivery dates & times
6. BTR operators receive monthly commissions on all orders

Subscription Options
A variety of flexible laundry subscription plans to suit individual budgets and needs allowing them to pre-pay for services for their entire tenancy term, resulting in potential savings.
Pay-As-You-Go Services
Pay as-you-go service for those who prefer the flexibility of only paying for laundry services as they use them – allowing access to on-demand solutions only when needed.
Additional Premium Services
Duvet and bedding laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing and delicate item care options for ‘do not tumble dry’ and ‘hand wash’ only items.
Payment Options
Build our service into your room rate and be billed monthly minus your commission
Residents can pay eLaundry BTR directly and operators will be paid monthly commissions
eLaundry Welcome Pack
Tenants will receive a branded eLaundry welcome pack that will typical include:
Ticket Booklet
Our innovative select and tear ticket system booklet.
Laundry Bag
eLaundry branded laundry bag to transport your clothing in.
One Small Mesh Bag
For personal underwear items. The bag remains zipped up and the contents are not handled until they have been washed and ready to be tumble dried. This is to protect the privacy of your tenants and the safety of our laundry operatives.
One Large Mesh Bag
For any items that require the special care service on all of our subscription plans. Perfect for those designer labels, hand wash only and do not tumble dry items
Dry Cleaning Hanging Bag
For all dry cleaning items on our dry cleaning price list. All items will be cleaned, steam pressed and returned on hangers
Branded Welcome Gifts
A selection of eLaundry branded gifts which your tenant can keep; coffee mug, fridge magnet etc
eLaundry offers the option for the gifts to be banded with the operators company branding or the accommodation branding.
BTR operators receive monthly commissions on all orders
Innovative Ticket System
Your tenants simply choose the service they require using our innovative select and tear ticket system and then leave the rest to us.
